وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَفَلَمْ تَكُنْ ءَايَاتِي تُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ وَكُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا مُجْرِمِينَ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

But as for those who disbelieved, "Then not were My Verses recited to you but you were proud and you became a people criminals?"
